The launch ceremony of the 2023 Jiangsu and Nanjing Digital Literacy and Skills Enhancement Month, with the theme of "Digital Empowerment for All", was held in Nanjing on Tuesday. Zhang Aijun, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Publicity Department of the Provincial Party Committee, attended the event.

In recent years, Jiangsu has focused on creating a model for building a digital China in Jiangsu and achieving the goal of being the first province to integrate digital and practical development. It has adhered to the digital economy as a key increment for transformation and development.

Jiangsu has made every effort to promote the digital literacy and skills improvement for all, promote the sharing of digital development achievements, cultivate digital citizens with digital awareness, lifelong learning ability and social responsibility, and help to comprehensively promote the new practice of Chinese path to modernization in Jiangsu.

At the launch ceremony, Jiangsu announced three bases selected for national digital literacy and skills training, as well as 16 training bases for digital literacy and skills in Jiangsu Province.

Also released at the ceremony were 15 key action plans for the 2023 Jiangsu Province National Digital Literacy and Skills Enhancement Month and 13 key activities for the 2023 Nanjing National Digital Literacy and Skills Enhancement Month, as well as the "Jiangsu Province National Digital Literacy and Skills Training Resource Library", alongside with the "Jiangsu Craftsman Classroom" was launched, and the "2023 Digital Jiangsu Construction Excellent Practice Achievement Collection Activity.
